Over the past few years, we've watched interest in Müller explode. There's no denying the wines. Once people start tasting them, it's over. Finding the wines, especially the Auslesen, has become very hard.
There's no doubt that Müller has the magic touch. Müller's 2014s flaunt this. They are some of the greatest examples of the vintage. The wines consolidate 2014's density and high acidity into a harmonious and profoundly dynamic whole. Expect all the energy, tension and detail that make Müller so thrilling and add a gripping palate presence, pulsating with cool fruits, minerals and herbs.
In general, 2014 was a vintage where precious little Auslese was made. While Müller never makes a lot of Auslese, in 2014 the production was tiny. The nature of the vintage was compounded by rigorous selections. Unsurprisingly, by all accounts, the small amount that was released is absolutely stunning. There's no doubt that the unwavering commitment paid off. It just makes nailing down decent quantities all but impossible.
No producer in Germany has the track record that Müller does. The number of mind-blowing bottles that he's supplied us with is simply crazy. The 2014 Auslese has more than an ample dose of the unique magic that is Müller. Please give us your ideal order and we'll try our best.
