The estate has long been the standard-bearer for traditional Côte-Rôtie. The Côtes du Rhône is all Syrah sourced from some vineyards within Côte-Rôtie and others just outside of it.
The Côtes du Rhône emphatically demonstrates the gracefulness and agility that makes Jamet's Côte-Rôtie so compelling. It's a wine that shows a lot of poise and detailed expressions of minerals, herbs, spice, savory elements, and florality. The aromatics simply soar.
The 2020 Côtes du Rhône is a powerful example of the wine. Along with the saturating intensity, the wine offers plenty of gracefulness and refinement.
