Over that time, we've picked up a bunch of rarities and personal favorites.

The list below includes everything from double-magnums of Foillard's 2022 Côte du Py to Keller's impossibly delicious 2021 Limestone QbA, and 2010 Suenen Blanc de Blancs.
I gave Piedmont wines an outsized amount of space on the list. There are magnums of Brovia Barolo Rocche and Canonica Paiagallo and half-bottles of Burlotto. I also included the next generation of Piedmont producers with the hard to find wines of Lalu and Philine Isabelle.
