I tried to pull out all of the stops with this list.

It's easy to keep this brief. Many of these are among the greats of Burgundy. 

I'm very happy to be able to include four red Burgundies from the 2010 vintage. The wines are all about a marriage of terroir-saturated clarity and a weightless intensity. The wines have been captivating since day one, but the 2010s that I've recently tasted have been stunning.

Lafarge's 2017 Volnay VS is drinking beautifully right now. I should also highlight the work of Jérôme Galeyrand. He is making dazzling red Burgundies.
