Many of my favorite producers are represented.
There's not much that needs to be said about many of the wines below.
Dujac, Lafarge, Mugneret-Gibourg, Roumier, and Rousseau are all well represented in the list below.
I should mention Simon Bize's 2021 Latricières-Chambertin, which is a great pairing of producer and vintage. Bize's stony and classical style shined in the element and terroir-soaked 2021 vintage.
Finally, Bastian Wolber's younger brother is one-half of the cult German producer Wassenhaus. Bastian soon followed his brother Christoph to Burgundy, and after working at Leflaive and Ganevat in Jura, he started producing wines under his own label. The wines are suavely textured and have haunting depth.
