I was very happy to land this parcel of 2022 Les Chênes. Laval is a tiny estate, and finding Les Chênes is always difficult.
You can expect the 2022 to have a wildly nuanced presentation of citrus, spice, herbs, and floral notes with a core of profoundly chalky saline-inflected minerality.
