Last weekend, we offered Schaefer's 2021 Dromprobst Kabinett. Today, we're happy to offer their 2021 Himmelreich Kabinett.
Out of Schaefer's lineup, Himmelreich produces Kabinetts with the most cut and salty minerality of his sites. There's something especially gripping about the agility, punch, and mineral tension of the Himmelreich Kabinett.
The 2021 beautifully captures the beating heart of Himmelreich. It is laser-focused with loads of finesse and steely, slate-y minerality. The wine has the featherweight intensity that only the best Kabinetts can deliver.
