There's not much that needs to be said about Schaefer's Domprobst Kabinett. Vintage after vintage, it's one of the great Kabinetts.

With that said, the 2023 is simply incredible. It's so finessed and with an otherworldly lightness.
Out of Schaefer's Kabinetts, Domprobst is the most yellow-fruited and layered. It also has the most complexity and has the greatest aging capabilities.
The 2023 is supremely elegant, tension-filled, and offers plenty of pleasure. The total package is undeniable. The combination of intensity and utter weightlessness dramatizes what makes Kabinetts such a special and utterly unique style of wine.
We've had countless Schaefer Kabinetts that have aged beautifully. Everything is in place for the 2023 Domprobst to age amazingly well. We suggest that you pick up at least a few of these.
