Is this the first-ever, light "chillable" red? The first Pinot Noir to playfully transcend the boundaries of a rosé and a red wine?
Whatever the wine is, it has become a cult bottling for us, and this is, unfortunately, the final vintage.

If ever it was appropriate to suggest going deep, here we are. For this reason, we are offering special 6-bottle discounts.
This is, literally, your last chance.
With the 2023 vintage, the tiny, influential estate of Enderle & Moll will close their doors. We will have more to say about this in future offers - this was an incredibly important estate for us personally. But for the moment, you can read their importer's farewell announcement here.
Enderle & Moll's Spätburgunder-Rosé has always been one of our most popular offers - an unexpected cult wine that just delivers so much. We've contextualized the wine as a "transcendental Pinot Noir," a versatile "Swiss Army Knife" of a wine, the ultimate "winter Rosé."
Today, perhaps it's most easily understood as one of the greatest-ever "chillable reds?"
The wine's label, stating simply "Spätburgunder-Rosé," seems deceptive and confusing; the wine is so much more than either of these two things. It is a wine that is both juicy, light, and thirst-quenching.
There is just an incredible lightness and brightness within the wine. It is a bottle of joy.
On the other hand, it is a deceptively complex wine, with satiny-fine layers of complex crushed berry fruit, finely knit herbal aromatics, flowers, salt, and minerals. The wine is structured. As with the great rosés of Ch. Simone, the wine can age for many years, developing a stunning soil expression.
Yet in youth, the wine dances on the palate - it is the "red Riesling" that many German growers speak of, but few achieve.
Maybe we took Enderle & Moll, this greatness that seemed so easy, for granted. After all, the wines were always fairly priced - and always available.
While the fair price remains, the availability comes to an end soon.
Do not miss this. Grab as much as you can.
