Coeur de Cuvée is easily one of the best grower Champagnes out there.
In the cellar, Coeur de Cuvée impresses me as being "bulletproof." I've had many compelling experiences with mature Vilmart.

Coeur de Cuvée combines a grand and sculpted architecture with filigree detail. It's a Champagne of supreme gracefulness and weightless resonance.
The 2014 Coeur de Cuvée has an incredible combination of power and raciness. There is a beautiful elegance with a chalky verve that's electrifying. Its nuanced depth is presented with a beautiful classiness and harmony.
By now, many of you know the deal with Coeur de Cuvée. It's the "heart of the cuvée," the very best juice from the precious middle portion of the first pressing. Coeur de Cuvée is sourced from a choice single vineyard, Blanches Voies, from old vines. Typical production is meager, somewhere around 5,000 bottles.
For me, this is one of the great examples of grower Champagne. I'm very happy to have another opportunity to offer the 2014 Coeur de Cuvée. Everything points to this being a brilliant example of Coeur de Cuvée.
