No one has "the touch" with Côte du Py, one of Beaujolais' great vineyards, quite like Foillard.
Foillard captures Côte du Py's wild cherry, mineral, and floral-tinged quality with incredible sensitivity and precision.
The 2019 vintage allowed Foillard to produce a layered and powerful Côte du Py with a vibrant core. We love the underlying structure that pulls everything together with its stony minerality.
I'll close with a warning. The bottles of 2019 that we offered last week are sold out. The magnums are very limited and will disappear quickly. Please give us your ideal order, and we'll try our best.
