Ballot Millot's 2021 Perrières possesses an incredible amount of complexity and staggering elegance. The wine has a beautiful focus with a driving, laser-like minerality. It's clearly a first-class wine.
The 2021 Perrières highlights so much of what I love about this vintage for white Burgundy: the electricity, the clarity of expression, and the impeccable harmony. All things considered, this is a dynamite example of one of Burgundy's great sites.
We've been huge fans of Ballot Millot in recent vintages, but their 2021s are mind-blowing. This is a dynamite bottle of white Burgundy.
