Dauvissat's AC Chablis is one of the greats of the category. The 2017 Chablis is a stunning example of the wine.
The 2017 vintage in Chablis is seriously impressive. The wines deliver richness and presence with an intense salty, Chablisienne minerality coursing through it.
Dauvissat's 2017 delivers an extraordinary amount of elegance, minerality, and cut. The total package is absolutely compelling.
I'm going to keep this brief. Most of you are well aware of the brilliance of Dauvissat's 2017s, and the rarity of the AC Chablis. Please give us your ideal order, and we'll try our best.

Burghound: "I knew this would be too young but I felt like opening a bottle to see anyway. And in fact, my intuition was confirmed as it was indeed too young but with fine Chablis typicity as well as lovely elegance to the cool, pure and airy aromas of oyster shell, lemon rind and apple. The seductively textured medium-bodied flavors possess a caressing mouth feel though the firm acid spine makes it clear that this should have no trouble aging well. This is a fine Chablis villages that isn't so tight that it couldn't be enjoyed now but even so, I would advise allowing it another 3 to 5 years first. Good stuff. Tasted twice with consistent results."
