Ballot Millot has been amassing vineyards in Burgundy since the 17th Century. Then came 2014, the breakout vintage for the domaine. Fast forward a decade, and in 2024 they made what may be the best wines to date.
Just to underscore how outrageously good the 2024 lineup is, it's worth it to quote Burghound at some length.

Indeed, this a dazzling group of wines. For me, the sweet spot of the superb lineup is the 1er Cru Les Genevrières.
Along with Perrières and Charmes, Genevrières forms the holy trinity of Meursault 1er Crus. The quick summary is that Charmes is known for its grandeur, Perrières for its refined, punchy mineral focus, and Genevrières, to some extent, falls in the middle. Many writers put Genevrières as a close second to Perrières.
The 2024 Genevrières is finely calibrated. It delivers a thundering mineral length combined with a beautiful cut. There's a really nice depth and finessed lift.

Burghound: "It's a clear theme in 2024 as this too is aromatically cool, pure and wonderfully elegant if distinctly restrained with its cool nose that only reluctantly offers up its vaguely exotic aromas of citrus, floral and spiced jasmine tea. On the palate the medium-bodied flavors are almost a blend of the Bouchères and Charmes as there is some of each including minerality, intensity and focused power on the refined, balanced and highly complex finale. Thi sis a knockout and worth a search to find plus it should age marvelously."
