In 2021, Willi Schaefer produced brilliant wines in painfully small quantities.
Schaefer's collection is simply incredible. Across the range, the wines possess a laser focus and blazing mineral purity.
Today, I'm happy to offer Schaefer's 2021 Graacher Feinherb for $31.95 per bottle.
In this vintage, the off-dry format provided the perfect stage to showcase 2021's utterly classic cut. Schaefer's Feinherb has a piercing saline minerality and a sleek and gripping core. The combination gives an extraordinary impression of etherealness and intensity.
The Feinherb is mainly sourced from the Himmelreich vineyard. It has 17 grams of residual sugar. The balance is amazing. I'm excited to watch this age over the next five to ten years.
I'm going to wrap this up. It's a modest parcel and there are only two other listings in the country. Please give us your ideal order, and we'll try our best.

Mosel Fine Wines: "The 2021er Graacher Riesling Feinherb is an off-dry wine made from fruit harvested mainly in the Himmelreich. It offers a beautifully fresh and minty nose of wet stone, stone fruit, lozenge, white peach, lime, and lime tree. The wine has great energy and presence on the palate, while the wine maintains a great sense of airiness and lightness. The finish is beautifully long and focused and leaves an already dry and sharp taste of spices and fine herbs. This is a truly remarkable dry-tasting wine."
