Tribut's Chablis are an essential part of our white Burgundy program. The entire lineup is composed of thrilling examples of classic Chablis. With that said, I have a particular soft spot for the mineral precision of Côte de Léchet.
It seems that I'm not alone; Côte de Léchet always sells out quickly. Côte de Léchet has a sleeker and more pointed minerality. It delivers a deeply etched salinity and bright cut.
Like Tribut's other 2022s, the Côte de Léchet has a beautiful texture and captivating finesse. Here, you get a very prominent oceanic element that makes Chablis so distinctive, with a really appealing stony incisiveness on the finish.
For the Chablis obsessed, the wines of Laurent Tribut are legendary. Côte de Léchet is often at the top of people's lists. I expect this modest parcel to disappear quickly.
