If Les Clos is all muscle and force, Les Preuses will beguile with its finesse. It's a wine of supreme length and clarity; it is a fine-tuned expression of Chablis.

Along with Raveneau's Valmur and both producers' Les Clos, Dauvissat's Preuses is always on the must-have lists of top collectors.

Dauvissat simply nailed the 2023 vintage. There is likely no better place to witness Dauvissat's success in the vintage than the Preuses bottling. 

This is an amazing example of the Grand Cru. The 2023 is a profoundly mineral and concentrated wine. The beauty of the wine is how it combines great poise and intensity. It possesses an amazingly deep saline minerality and a soaring lift. It's a mind-blowing combination.
