Fourrier's Gevrey is a wine that I watch serious collectors stock up on every vintage. The combination of straight-up deliciousness with breeding and clarity is hard to resist.
The perennial theme with Fourrier is a pristine expression, precise finesse, and an ultra-seductive mineral-laden texture. The 2022 is gorgeous and has a beautifully suave texture. It has lifted notes of earth, game, and crushed red berry fruit.
