I've been slowly building this modest amount of large format Tribut, which is difficult to come by. Any time I see them, I buy them without hesitation.
Tribut's Chablis AC is our go-to. Its signature is a complex Chablisienne minerality and sweeping notes of stone fruits, flowers, and a crackling acidity.
The Beauroy has a richness and presence backed by an intense saline minerality. There's generosity, but also a tactile and tension-filled spine that animates the wine. The refinement is impressive.
Finally, Côte de Léchet has a sleeker and more pointed minerality. It delivers a deeply etched salinity and bright cut.
