Lamy is making breathtaking white Burgundies.
They are grand and painstakingly detailed expressions of the Chardonnay grape. Few white Burgundy producers are making wines as exciting as Lamy.

La Chatenière, along with En Remilly and Murgers des Dents de Chien, are considered St. Aubin's top sites. It's a steep, very well-exposed climat that delivers an enveloping and powerful minerality with a driving tension.
We expect the 2024 Chatenière to be utterly brilliant. It's a vintage of white Bugundy that we love. At the moment, we feel that it is the best white Burgundy vintage that we've tasted since 2017. The wines have plenty of concentration along with a vivid laser-sharp focus. The total package is captivating.
Lamy's Chatenière is known for its amazing length and chiseled minerality. There's a sculpted quality to the wine that further adds to its impact. The 2024 vintage will undoubtedly magnify these qualities, making for a legendary bottle.
Every vintage, I put in a lot of effort hunting down Lamy's Chatenière. I'm happy to offer this, but should warn you that it's a very modest amount of wine.
