The Minéral is one of the most captivating wines of the line-up. It is sourced from two prime lieux-dits with 40-year-old vines that are on the hard, white chalk in Avize and Cramant.
The Côte des Blancs had the biggest success in 2010. The most diligent growers and producers turned out crystalline, energetic and sleekly mineral wines.
