Keller produced an absolutely amazing collection in 2014. To echo John Gilman, they stand as one of the absolute pinnacles of the vintage.
Keller was spared much of the climatic tribulations of the vintage and this allowed for leisurely selections. The result was a cast of low alcohol dry wines with cool minerality alongside beautiful elegance and tension. If one of Keller's signatures is outrageous purity, the '14s stand as exemplars.

Kirchspiel is the angular and decidedly mineral member of the Grosses Gewächs line-up. Kirchspiel's razor cut is always seamlessly integrated. The headliners here are poise, precision and finesse. The 2014 Kirchspiel is extraordinarily focused and long.
Hubacker stands in contrast to Kirchspiel. It's the most luxurious and layered of the line-up. For all of its masculinity, we've watched Hubacker get tenser and more refined over the past handful of vintages without sacrificing its layered complexity. This increasing refinement reaches a new level in 2014. This is a supremely elegant and compelling Hubacker - a perfect wine to celebrate the 225th anniversary of the Keller's purchase of Hubacker.
