Whenever I put white Burgundy lists together, I always include selections from Lafon. Lafon is a long-standing benchmark of white Burgundy, but in the past decade, the wines have reached a truly extraordinary level. The wines have never had more clarity and finesse.
Finally, you'll find the cult wines of Bernard-Bonin and Lamy-Caillat.
