I had a lot of fun putting this list together.

Many of Burgundy's top and most sought-after producers are represented. This includes Coche-Dury, Lafon, Leflaive, and Raveneau.

I would like to give a special mention to the wines of Domaine Paul Pillot. There are few producers of white Burgundy who craft wines as tension-filled, crystalline, or detailed as Pillot. They are simply riveting wines.

I should also highlight Roulot's 2024 Clos des Bouchères. In any vintage, Clos des Bouchères is a thrilling wine that combines explosive power with a cool precision and intricate delicacy. These traits are beautifully amplified in the 2024. I like Burghound's note on the 2024: "This stylish effort is pretty much textbook Clos des Bouchères and should amply reward extended keeping." This shouldn't be missed.
