White Burgundy: Coche-Dury, Colin-Morey, Dauvissat, Lafon, Leflaive, R

I’ll keep this brief.

There are nearly four dozen different white Burgundies.

The list is pretty loaded with selections from Dauvissat, Lamy, Lafon, and Raveneau.

I wanted to make a special mention of the two selections from Jacques Carillon. Carillon's wines may cruise somewhat under the radar, but there's no doubt that they are some of the most impeccably crafted white Burgundies. Perrières is the most laser-focused of Carillon's lineup, while Referts is brilliantly balanced, combining luscious yellow fruits with crushed rocks and zingy citrus flavors.
