Many of Burgundy's top and most sought-after producers are represented. This includes Colin-Morey, Lafon, Leflaive, Raveneau, and Roulot.
There are also selections from Jacques Carillon, Dureuil-Janthial, Antoine Jobard, and Lamy, along with Valette's beautifully pure and naturally made Pouilly-Fuisse.
Dujac makes brilliant white wines, and the 2022 Dujac Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Combettes is a stunning success. On the lesser-known front, there's Jean-Marie Guffens' monumental Pouilly-Fuissé Premier Jus des Hauts de Vignes, which is sourced from the brighter and more acidic juice from the first pressing of high-altitude sites.
