Finally, there are a couple of wines that I feel compelled to spotlight. First, Dujac makes brilliant white wines, and the 2019 Puligny 1er Cru Les Folatières is a stunning success. On the lesser-known front, there's Jean-Marie Guffens' monumental Pouilly-Fuissé Premier Jus des Hauts de Vignes, which is sourced from the brighter and more acidic juice from the first pressing of high-altitude sites.
