I'll keep this brief. I went through my usual routine picking out favorites from our white Burgundy inventory.
Dauvissat, Leflaive, Lafon, and Roulot are well represented in the list below. I also included selections from Ramonet, and Raveneau.
Outside of the benchmarks, I was excited to include three selections from Benoit Moreau. There may be no young Burgundy domaine that's more exciting than Benoit Moreau. Benoit Moureau is the younger son of Bernard Moreau. In 2020, he decided to take his portion of his family's vines and make wine on his own. The style is one of heartbreaking purity and pitch-perfect detail.
