Dom Pérignon's Rosé is one of my favorite wines in the world. I have a particular soft spot for the 2004. It reminds me of the Dom Pérignons that I cut my teeth on in the eighties.
For me, Dom Pérignon's Rosé is one of the great experiences in wine. I've made it a point to offer the best pricing on single bottles to get this in as many hands as possible.
Peter Liem has called Dom Pérignon's Rosé "potentially one of the finest rosés in Champagne." It’s difficult to argue with that. The Rosé hovers in a mysterious place between sparkling white wine and red Burgundy. It’s a tactile presentation of Pinot-fruit wedded to the firm tension that has made these Champagnes world famous. With age, they are just amazing.
After a series of riper, more powerful vintages of Dom Pérignon Rosé (00, 02 and 03), 2004 marks a return to absolutely beautiful proportions. It's about subtle precision, purity, and tension with intensity. 2004 presents the impeccably judged detail and quiet regal elegance that I always look for in Dom Pérignon.
Pinot Noir leads the charge in Dom Pérignon's Rosé, as you'd expect, with the addition of nearly 20% red still wine from Bouzy and Aÿ. This is what gives the wine its plush and airy mid-palate while a good dose of mineral Chardonnay provides a firm backbone and serious lift.
There's no doubt that Dom Perignon's 2004 Rosé will evolve beautifully. The uncompromising polished core and architecture that boasts a quiet complexity today will unfurl into the explosive multi-dimensional expression that I love about this wine. I strongly encourage you to take advantage of the limited-time special pricing.

Antonio Galloni, Vinous Media: "Relative to many other recent vintages, the 2004 Dom Pérignon Rosé comes across as quite delicate, feminine and graceful. Floral notes are woven throughout, adding to a very appealing and attractive sense of lift. It will be interesting to see if the 2004 puts on weight in bottle. At the moment, the 2004 is a bit understated, but I will not be surprised if at some point it takes off given the extremely positive way in which the 2004 blanc has developed over the last few years."
