In der Sängerei is a single warm plot of old vines in Hofberg. It's vinified to a feinherb (off-dry) style. Out of Adam's entire 2014 line-up, this is an especially thrilling bottle.
The bottle hits a magical combination of tension and grippy substance, sweetness and salty minerality, and richness and snappy precision. Terry Theise calls it "one of the great Mosels of 2014."
