I'm happy to be able to include 2008s of both Comtes de Champagne and Dom Pérignon in magnum. This is a vintage that I love, and these wines are top examples.
I also included a broad selection of Ulysse Collin's champagnes. There is little doubt that Olivier Collin is making some of the greatest expressions of Champagne. He is famed for producing Champagnes of epic scale and riveting minerality.
