It's easy to understand why they are one of the cult producers of white Burgundy.
Out of their impressive lineup of lieu-dits, the elusive Chevalières is by far the finest and most dazzling. It is one of the stars of the lineup. Chevalières is a tension-filled, elegant, and incredibly precise white Burgundy. It has no trouble competing with the top 1er Crus.
I've been slowly hunting down enough wine for an offer on their beautiful 2020 Chevalières. I should warn you that even after all of the searching, what's available is pretty modest.
The 2020 Chevalières combines laser focus, power, and power in an amazing way. There's intense cut and beautiful refinement. The class and harmony are hard to deny.
