On Thursday, we offered Gaspard Brochet Brut Nature 333f Rosé.
The response was pretty intense.
Today, we're happy to return with Gaspard Brochet Brut Nature 333f.

This cuvée was our introduction to Brochet's champagnes. It's so thrilling that it's hard to imagine a better calling card. The combination of rigor and depth makes it seriously compelling.
As we wrote last week, Gaspard Brochet was a graphic designer before returning to his family's domaine. The family gave him a few hectares in 2017, and he started making champagne in a garage before recently moving into his own winery.
The domaine focuses on impeccable biodynamic vineyard work, picking at high ripeness, and barrel aging. The results are extraordinary and captivating.
The 333f boasts a kinetic energy with a polished chalky core and explosive citrus and floral notes. Overall, the harmony between the tension, finesse, and concentration is really impressive.
I'll keep this short. There's simply not that much wine to go around, and there's no point fanning the fire.
