The bouquet is pure, refined and very vibrant in its blend of apple, white cherry, citrus zest, white flowers and beautiful minerality. On the palate the wine is pure, fullish, racy and very classy in profile, with a fine core, exceptional complexity in the making, racy acids and laser-like focus on the long, refined and classic finish.
