As we've written before, they possess startling clarity, precision, and intricate delicacy.

Equally impressive is the abundance of value that her range offers. Finding red Burgundy around the $45 mark is quite a challenge. However, you can find multiple wines in Berthaut-Gerbet's line-up below that mark.
Of course, focusing on price is only part of the story. These are seriously delicious red Burgundies.
Today, I'm happy to offer another example of the ridiculous value that can be found in Berthaut-Gerbet's line-up, the 2022 Côtes de Nuits Rouge.
I have a soft spot for Côte de Nuits, mostly due to Bachelet's wines, but also a new generation of producers, like Camille Thiriet, Jérôme Galeyrand, and Berthaut-Gerbet.
We really like Berthaut-Gerbet's touch with Côte de Nuits. This is a radiant and finessed expression of Côte de Nuits. There's a suaveness that's rarely encountered in the appellation, along with earth and spice. In 2022, the wine is especially beautiful, boasting a lift and texture appeal that's really lovely.
