Clos des Ducs is special. The 2.4-hectare monopole can trace its roots back at least 500 years. It has the highest elevation at 324 meters, the steepest slope, ideal chalky soils, and with the benefit of a south-east facing aspect, it enjoys both morning and afternoon sun.

In 2017, a vintage that winemaker Guillaume d'Angerville called “tranquil,” Clos des Ducs stands out for its impeccable balance, beautifully delineated flavors, and a structure that all but ensures graceful aging.
