However, one of the things that I enjoy most about Pillot's wines is the incredible quality that they deliver across the range. The Bourgogne and St. Aubins offer deliciousness with class and a pristine mineral character. We've also included a couple of Pillot's very impressive red wines, his Bourgogne Rouge, and Chassagne VV.
Of his impressive lineup, Cailleret, Grande Ruchottes, and La Romanée possess a level of refinement, precision, and elegance that you rarely encounter.
These are some of our favorite Burgundies. I've been quietly building up our inventory of Pillot's wines. I expect many of the wines on offer to sell out quickly.
