I'm very happy to offer a wide-range of Selosse's wines, including exceedingly rare older disgorgements and his vintage bottling.
Initial is the Selosse that I reach for most often. It's a Blanc de Blancs of seemingly implausible harmony, combining outrageous purity with enveloping power. Its energy and punchy minerality are endlessly appealing.
I have to confess a particular fondness for V.O. It occupies a very appealing middle ground between the snappier Initial and the oxidative and powerful Substance. Version Originale with age on it is just awesome.
Selosse's Substance is simply epic. No matter how abused the word may be, it's the only appropriate one to use here. Selosse's Substance is one of the most multidimensional, mind-bendingly complex wines that you will ever experience.
Exquise is an outlier in Selosse's range that's quite rare - only around 1,000 bottles are released each year. It's a demi-sec Champagne of seamless harmony, beautiful texture, and great finesse.
For Selosse lovers, the Lieux-Dit 6-pack has an irresistible allure. It's the only way to land the extraordinary Avize Les Chantereines and Cramant Chemin de Châlons, two of the grandest Chardonnays on earth.
