Trousselle is a very small producer working in the Hautes Cotes de Beaune. The appellation is large, but Trousselle’s vineyards are located in a prime valley between St. Aubin and St. Romain with abundant limestone soils.
The 2022 Hautes-Côtes de Beaune En Cre is one of our favorite vintages of the wine to date. This version has a remarkable brightness and lift. The combination is irresistible.
