Côte du Py is one of Beaujolais' great vineyards. Foillard is undoubtedly the master of the site.

A couple of weeks ago we offered bottles of Foillard's gorgeous 2016 Côte du Py. Today, we're happy to offer a modest parcel of magnums.

We're big fans of Foillard's 2016s. The 2016 Côte du Py is blazingly clear and deliciously nimble. 2016 was a challenging year in Morgon, but Foillard's collection is simply beautiful. It has a suave, layered elegance with lots of verve and minerality.

No one renders Côte du Py with equal clarity, complexity or textural beauty. He has an amazing ability to capture the wild cherry, mineral, and floral-tinged quality of the vineyard in an unparalleled way.

Foillard's Côte du Py is as pure and captivating as Beaujolais gets. We're excited to be able to offer magnums. We should warn you, though, that we saw much less quantity than in previous years. Please give us your ideal order and we'll try our best.
