Ulysse Collin is known for producing Champagnes of epic scale and riveting minerality.
I'm excited to offer this parcel of Collin's wines that reaches far into the domaine's history. One of the wines predates the disgorgement dates appearing on the label.Â

Before taking over his family's vineyards, Collin spent time working under Anselme Selosse, which heavily influenced his winemaking style. The result is wines of kaleidoscopic complexity and serious drive.
Pierrières is a 1.2 ha vineyard located in the village of Vert-Toulon. In Pierrières, the chalk in the vineyard is extremely close to the surface and mixed with black silex. Pierrières is powerful, racy, and penetratingly complex.
Les Roises comes from 60-year-old vines on clay-rich soils. What makes it so compelling is how its incredible breadth and depth are married to tension and rigorous detail. The combination is thrilling. There’s texture, finesse, and outstanding length, with a persistent, mineral-driven finish.Â
Les Enfers has a mind-boggling complexity and profound depth. It weaves together a kaleidoscope of flavors that seem to constantly evolve: stone fruits, earth, herbs, flowers, and fine minerality. The intensity of the aromatics is striking.
Les Maillons is the most powerful wine in Collin’s lineup, sourced from 45-year-old Pinot vines on chalk and heavy clay soil. For all of its expansive power, the wine is shockingly delineated and clear.
I'll let you get to the list. Please keep in mind that quantities are extremely limited.
