The 2015 Prüms seem destined for legendary status. It's been a couple of years since our last Prüm offer. When it comes to the 2015s, it seems essential to offer them out.

Prüm's are among the purest and deepest Rieslings the Mosel produces. Their balance is flawless. In 2015, this harmony is simply captivating. There's an unmistakable magic in the 2015s. Their explosive, extroverted fruit seamlessly combines with ultra-clear, crackling acidity.

The entire line-up at Prüm is stunning, but we have a soft spot for the Gold Capsules. Prüm Gold Capsules age brilliantly for forty years or more.

The Himmelreich Gold Cap exemplifies the elegance and equilibrium that Prüm achieved in 2015. Generally speaking, the 2015s have forceful acidity and bold, powerful fruit. In this context, the delicacy and quiet complexity of the Himmelreich is pretty amazing.

Prüm's Wehlener Sonnenhuhr Gold Cap brings a more saturating intensity that's perfectly complemented by a driving acidity. The Wehlener Sonnenhuhr covers an incredible range from slate, to floral notes, spice, citrus, stone fruits and subtle exotic touches. It's jam-packed with complexity, all delivered with seamless finesse. At the end of their tasting note, Jean Fisch and David Rayer of Mosel Fine Wines, simply write, "What a beauty!" That sums it up nicely.
