I had a lot of fun putting this list together.
It's nearly three dozen different wines that include many of Burgundy's top and most sought-after producers—Coche-Dury, Lafon, Leflaive, and Raveneau.
I would like to give a special mention to the wines of Domaine Paul Pillot. There are few producers of white Burgundy who craft wines as tension-filled, crystalline, or detailed as Pillot. They are simply riveting wines.
Also deserving of the spotlight are the wines of Boisson. Boisson crafts intensely mineral and nervy wines. Two of our favorites are included below. Chevalières is by far the finest and most dazzling of Boisson's. It is one of the stars of the lineup. Chevalières is a tension-filled, elegant, and incredibly precise white Burgundy.
