About This Wine

Puffeney’s area of Arbois produces Vin Jaunes of a richer, more powerful signature. They exude a compelling rugged honesty. What they sacrifice in elegance, is compensated by their soaring intensity. Sadly, Puffeney retired in 2015 and sold the domaine to Guilluame d’Angerville’s Jura project, Domaine Pelican. The opportunities to witness this great traditionalist at work are dwindling.
