About This Wine
Scipio is a selection of Tenuta dei Sette's best Cabernet Franc. They use sustainable methods in the vineyards and do everything by hand and ferment using only wild yeasts. It is then aged for24 months in French oak barrels, then 12 months in bottle before release. Only 6,599 bottles produced.
