Simply put, Ultradition is an irresistible Champagne that delivers serious value. It's an accessible Champagne, but also one of incredible balance and interest.
The Blanc de Blancs is mainly sourced from Coteaux Sud d’Epernay, with a small amount of wine from Côte des Blancs. The Coteaux Sud d’Epernay has chalky soil with a thin layer of clay on top.
We count it among the most fascinating expressions of Chardonnay from Champagne. There's such an intriguing depth of minerality and length that is complicated by a racy spine and layered notes of citrus and stone fruits.
This is an outrageous deal on a characterful and beautifully composed Champagne. Finding something that delivers so much for the price is very rare.
