About This Glassware

The “Universal” is our favorite glass, so called because it can be used for just about anything. There might not be a better glass out there. We use it for Burgundy, Riesling and older Champagnes. These are the glasses on the table at Le Bernardin, Per Se, Eleven Madison Park, Charlie Bird. If you only buy one glass from Zalto – if you could only buy one glass ever – it should be this one.
