The wine of Enderle & Moll have quickly assumed cult status.
They only have 5ha and anything that they release gets quickly bought up.
It's been obvious that they have the touch with Pinot Noir. Few, if any producers in Germany, render the grape with as much fascination and light-on-its-feet elegance.
Out of all of their work with Pinot, their rosé is one of our favorites. It's a deep, serious and beautifully structured rosé.
Enderle & Moll's Rosé has nicely lifted aromatics of flowers, herbs and bright fruits. There's also an earthy undercurrent that adds further complexity.
We really like the 2015's grip and purity. There's plenty of freshness, but this isn't a crisp and easygoing rosé. It's packed with complexity and an expansive presence. A testament to its seriousness is that they don't rush the wine to market. It gets released well after rosé season is over.
Everything is hands-on. Sven Enderle and Florian Moll basically do it all by themselves. They're incredibly conscientious in the vineyard, following biodynamic principles. All of this shows in the wines. They're individual and soulful.
Their rosé is no exception. Few wines in the category deliver as much complexity and even fewer offer this level of fascination. Like every offer from Enderle & Moll, we expect this to sell out quickly. Please give us your ideal order and we'll try our best.
