About This Wine

Our philosophy: respect of soil, natural balance and biodiversity. Vinegrowing with care and know-how.  Harvest at full maturity of grapes.  Gentle, extended élevage, without filtration.

Solessence: (Essence of soil) A single harvest blended with perpetual reserve wines.  A faithful reflection of the Coteaux Sud d'Epernay diversity and domaine vineyards.  Vines average 40 years of age.

Blend: 50% Chardonnay, 40% Meunier, 10% Pinot Noir.

Dosage: 2g/L - Extra Brut
