Bartolo Mascarello's Barolos are legendary. They are some of the most soulful expressions of Nebbiolo that you'll ever taste.

There are very few Barolos that are as hard to find in quantity.

Today, I'm excited to offer a well-priced parcel of Bartolo Mascarello's 2017 Barolo.

Mascarello's Barolo is one of the highlights of the vintage. Maria Teresa Mascarello teased out an incredible amount of finesse and purity from the vintage. Antonio Galloni writes that the wine is "gracious, perfumed and very nicely lifted." That's a nice summary, but I should emphasize how thrilling the wine is.

It's hard not to be taken by the 2017's radiance and precision. The wine offers an incredibly compelling glimpse of traditional Barolo.

There's not much more that needs to be said. Mascarello's are some of the most soulful expressions of Nebbiolo that you'll ever taste.
